Fuel Your Creativity: Explorations in Mixed Media

What fuels your creativity?

Spark a variety of ideas as we explore a myriad of techniques in painting, mark making, journaling and collage.

The aim won't be to finish, but to take ideas that can inspire new work across a variety of mediums.

Spend time:

• Work across pages/journals in guided PLAY

• learn new ways to approach your work

• experiment with new techniques in a variety of media

• create raw, honest, and unique to you work

• think of this as a guided creative jam session

Keep your materials simple:

• your journal/substrate of choice

• tools: brushes, glue stick/adhesive, scissors, metal ruler, bone folder, paper towels, water container (to clean your brushes)

• paint (I'm using acrylic in a handful of colors)

• collage ephemera

• pencils, crayons, paint markers (mark making tools)

• You may choose more or less in your own toolkit.

Upon registration, you'll receive an email with some ideas on how to prep for the workshop.

Can't make the live workshop?

The main part of my workshops are always recorded.

Enrollment for the live workshop is limited.

I like to keep the group small so everyone has time to ask questions and share.

This is my last workshop (outside of The Art Life) until mid August.
